Without taking action, you might miss out something new that could happen in your life

It was a beautiful Sunday morning.

As long as the weather is good, I make it a point to walk to the park, try some slow jogging, and breathe in the fresh air. I’ve realized that this simple routine helps me let go of stress that comes in various forms. Exercise also keeps me healthy, both physically and mentally.

The park is spacious and located between a few towns. In a few areas, it has benches where people often stop to rest and enjoy the view. That’s when I captured this picture, an elderly person reading on a bench.
